You are responsible for how your account is used. You may not allow others
to use it. You will not maintain logins which are not in accordance
with your service level. Single user accounts do not include the right

Top Account Guidelines
All standard PPP dial-up accounts are required to abide by these usage
guidelines: With your dial-up account, you are required to disconnect
your computer from the network when you are NOT actively using the
Internet. You may NOT leave your computer connected when it is unattended.
You may NOT run server applications on your computer for access by
others except for incidental usage (when you are using the computer,
not when you are away). You may NOT leave your computer connected to
collect e-mail every 3-5 minutes if you are not actively using the
Internet in any other way. If you want to set up your computer to automatically
collect e-mail for you, please have it call in every 30 minutes, and
set your idle disconnect to 1 minute, so it will disconnect after it
collects your mail, so as not to tie up the line. We can only maintain
our policy of unlimited monthly hours if all customers abide by these
rules of common sense and courtesy. Accounts in violation of these
guidelines may be canceled without notice. Any unused balance on canceled
accounts will be refunded.

Top Disk Space
Disk storage is limited to 5 megabytes. This includes all files in the
\usr, \ftp, or \www partitions. E-mail is not included in this storage
figure. Additional storage must be purchased separately. Currently
our rates for storage are $10 a month for 10 megabytes of space. Space
must be purchased in blocks of 10 megabytes. Web publishing for personal
accounts is limited to 1000 hits/day (hits are expressed as individual
HTTP protocol connections, and not total visits).
